Circulon Non-Stick Pans I'm using for Induction Cooking at Home and in the RV

In December 2011, we moved into our new home in TN. We put in a 36" GE Profile 5-burner Induction Cooktop. We LOVE it!

We knew we needed pans with steel bottoms. See this thread for what we purchased for Stainless Steel pans.

We also knew we'd want some Non-Stick pans that were compatible with the Induction Cooktop. What we ended up with was Circulon Infinite Hard Anodized Nonstick pans. We bought a 10-Inch and 12-Inch Skillets Twin Pack (link) and separately, bought a matching 8-inch Skillet.

This 3 sizes of Non-Stick pans have worked out very well for us. Just like our all-Stainless Steel pans, these combination (stainless steel bottom and hard anodized aluminum body) heat up nice, cook nice and clean up nice. We also like the glass lids.

We have a set of these in the RV as well. All-Stainless Steel is nice, but sometimes, you just want or need non-stick :)
