Reading light bulb replacement

Can anybody help to replace the bulbs in the recessed reading lights over the sofa in a 3600RL Bighorn? I am reluctant to pull the lights out, as a spring seems to be holding them in. Is it OK to just pull them out?

If they're the flat translucent lens type, the lens either twists or snaps off with a little prying on on side. The bulbs are the pin type. I changed ours to LED's.

Sometimes it's easier to pull the entire fixture down in order to unscrew the lens.
As you have observed, the canister is held in place with two springs.
Think mousetrap and fingers when you pull it down.

I felt like a mouse when I pulled mine down for the first time. Some of them take a lot of pressure to get the lens to move.

Highly recommend investing in LED's.... they run cool, and use about 1/10th the power of the hot bulbs.
