Own a 2011 33QS Greystone since June 2010 and the side wall on left side has faded drastically in the past year. Anyone have any information on this problem. Dealer has applied Perma Plate in 2011 but still fading. This unit is not on a seasonal site or left out in over 90 degree temps. Have hand waxed but still dull. Any suggestions welcome.

That's a bummer to hear about the side walls. I have 2012 37 ultimate and have the the side wall crack in the rear of the coach on 2 separate occasions. It has spent a total of 5 months back at the factory having the side walls replaced and the coach is still at the factory. I'm not 100% sold on the quality of Heartland and definitely not 100% sold on customer service.
