electrical outlets in the kitchen area of a Big Horn

Dear 2009 3055 Big Horn owner,

Has anyone figured out a way to plug in small appliances on the kitchen counter so the wires are not hanging down from the cabinet above?

The way i solved my problem is to turn a pan upside down and set the appliance on it. I will make a shelf that will fold up when I get home in the springNone
