Bighorn Quality Control

I just bought a 3055rl...how is the quality control? Getting things repaired is gonna be very very hard for me.

Congratulations on your new 3055RL. I know that you have been active on the forum for almost a year now and I'm sure that you have read about the overall improvement in Heartlands quality control, especially since the addition of a Quality Control Supervisor and a staff of QC Specialists. I've owned five different RV's, 19 different houses, 20+ cars and trucks and have yet to have one without some issues. Especially with an eight ton house that we pull across some our highways, things are going to come loose. I will say that no company that I have dealt with has given me the support that will equal what I've received from Heartland. Have I had issues? Sure, but never once was I told to return to my selling dealer. I have when I was close to him, but many times I was many miles away. Heartland has always provided me with a means to get the service that I required, whether another Heartland dealer or an independent service center. I'm sure that if you have service needs, you will find that Heartland will do what ever it takes to assist you in getting them resolved.
