I may be the only one here who has it, but, the AM05 Dyson Heater has a recall. Check the Dyson web site to see if your is affected. We have had this unit for over a year and use it almost daily. We are full time and this unit heats and also serves as a fan in warm weather. We really like it, more than others we have owned, and have no problems. I lost the remote and was searching on line to buy a replacement and noticed there was a recall due to a possible coil connection problem. I checked their web site and ours was affected. I called Dyson and they gave me simple instructions for a fully paid return and packaging at any UPS store. They are sending a new replacement with additional two year warranty. Good service; I get my new remote along with a new heater and 2 year warranty at no cost.
