I tried to get a couple sites for us and Mary/Phil @ Mountaindale...thinking that maybe during the week it would be easier

... no such luck

That would be my fault . . . I snagged the very last site available a couple of weeks ago.

We were planning on arriving at Mountaindale around noon the day of the M&G.

Cathy will be following me with her car, so we'll park the trailer and plug the electric in (since we'll have kitties with us), then drive down to the M&G!

Arrived at Mountaindale Monday afternoon....I am in site 28 and Rick is site 5. Ann will be in on Friday.
Had a great trip and very happy we missed all the floods across Nebr from Sunday. The weather was always in front of us along the way.
The flooding in Nebr was a real mess....some elevated homes had water surrounding their homes with no way to for them to get out. The rivers were all over the banks.
