While traveling in California, my wife noticed the porcelian toilet had a crack along the rim. It was not near the water line. Gave HL customer service a call. Scott, the tech, advised it would take up to ten days to get the item shipped to a mobile repair unit. Since that did not match our schedule, I had HL ship the item to a dealer in AZ . Contacted the dealship in AZ and set an appointment - repair date using the tracking number provided by Scott. Product, installation and service was great. Thanks Heartland.
