Fridgidaire Microwave Convection Oven

Does anyone know how long the warranty on the fridgidaire microwave convection ovens installed in a 2013 Bighorn 3610re are? The thing appears to have a mind of its own, the fan comes on for no apparent reason. The keypad locks up and doesnt work. You cant turn the oven light on. If I unplug the unit it will reset but goes back to not working after a short period of time. Any advice would be much appreciated.

You probably have a 1 year warranty on the Microwave. But you should check out this link on recall information to see if your unit is included. If it's not, I'd suggest contacting Frigidaire to discuss the symptoms and whether your unit should be covered anyway.

Thanks danemayer! The microwave is the model listed in the recall by has a manufacture date in 2012. I will call and see if they will cover it. Same exact symptoms as listed.
