Range top blowing air inside

I have found that the range top is blowing the air inside and my warranty has just expired.
How can I reverse the current so that the air is blown out instead of in.
The fan is of model PH cc0431-09

Thanks in advance for your help

Hi Jframier,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

Not sure about reversing the current flow,, I think some 12v dc motors will reverse directions and some will not. Hopefully someone that has that problem will jump in soon with more info.

Be sure and check out our Heartland Owners Club. Join us at a rally when you can and meet lots of the great folks here and make friends for a lifetime.

Enjoy the forum.

It's the first thing I did. The propeller is turning the wrong way so I just want to know what wire to cut and change the polarity so that the fan turn the other way

If there are only 2 wires you would reverse them. (if it's DC)

One other thing worth mentioning is if you can just turn the fan blade over on the motor shaft.
As bsuds mentioned reversing the polarity, but don't do that if your fan is 120 volt AC.

Peace
Dave
