Fridge not cooling while freezer works fine

I have a norcold 4 door fridge. It's been on "cooling down" now for about 32 hrs.

The freezer is working fine. Temp around 5 degrees. Fridge on the other hand is struggling to get under 46.

I have computer fans inside the fridge for air circulation and usually it cools down to 35 within 12 hours.

What should I be looking for to troubleshoot? I've run it on electric and gas with no real difference.

We have found that our fridge does not work well until it has something to cool in it. Our freezer on the other hand will freeze ice cubes overnight. We usually start out by putting in room temp bottled water and once it starts chilling the water then we start adding our other items. Hope this helps

Happy and safe travels to you.

Make sure your rig is fairly level.

Make sure the flap between the doors is closing.

Check the door seals to make sure there are no crimps.

Check the fans on the backside of the frig to see if they're running.

Rig is level, doors and seals are good. Fans are coming on...actually added 2 more fans to run constantly

Update...
In case anyone has the same issue, the problem ended up being the thermistor. I replaced it and fridge is working as it should.
