ISSUE RESOLVED.
The problem ended up being that my batteries were low. When this problem first occurred my lights were working, and the hydraulics for my slide-outs also worked - so I was not suspecting the batteries initially. But the next day they were totally dead. They were still under warranty from Wal Mart (which explains why they died after 9 months) so I got them replaced.
I did purchase a switch (4 terminal), 50A fuse, and hydraulic fluid just in case replacing the batteries did not work - these are other things I would have tried before taking a costly next step.
I hope this helps the next person who encounters this problem. If your hydraulic jacks stop working, but the rest of your hydraulic system does, check the battery levels and their ability to hold a charge before attempting any costly solutions.
