ATF: Landmark - Bent Frame On Couch

We purchase our new Landmark Newport on Jan. 29, 2015, Our sofa frame was bent, and we have been getting the run around from our dealer, we have sent numbers of pictures of pictures of the frame, all that rehear is they want more pictures, we have had it to the dealer 3 times and they have took there on pictures, My question is where do we go from here, we love our Landmark, but know one can set on our sofa with out sliding off. Can I please have a response on this issue.

Hi mcclerkin,

Time to call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.

They can tell you whether the dealer has already been in contact with Heartland, or if the issue is at the dealership. Have your pictures ready to email in case it's new news to Heartland.
