Caulk for exterior fiberglass- Need Help Quick!

I need to remove the old factory caulk on the bottom of the bedroom slide and re-caulk it. It appears the factory used a clear silicone caulk and it has let loose from the bottom trim that is on the slide. Which caulk is the best to use? I have read that it is not the best idea to use silicone again, but what is better? Our BH has the body paint so it has to be a clear caulk. Please help as it needs to be done ASAP as I have noticed it must be leaking. Found a damp floor tonight after 7 1/2" of rain this week with the slides IN ! This is the only place I see it may be coming from.

Thanks Rex. I ended up driving to my dealer this morning and that is what they had. Job is done now and I hope it solved the problem.
