CARAVAN INFO
If you are planning to attend the Oregon Chapter rally, we are planning a caravan to the Toutle River RV Resort on Monday, July 25 where we will stay two nights. The caravan will then head to the rally in Silverton, OR on Wednesday, July 27. You will need to make your own reservations at Toutle River RV Resort, 360-274-8373 on or after January 4, 2016. When you do, let them know you are part of the Heartland Owners Club so we will all be together. Please let us know if you plan to caravan so that we can make sure the RV park holds enough spaces for us.

Sponsor Information
Sutton RV of Eugene is anxious to take part in our rally again this year! They will provide dinner Saturday night and have 3 Landmarks in the park for everyone to walk through and drool over.

Golden Nugget Auction!!!!!
To provide additional funding above the allotment Heartland provides for local rallies, we will hold an auction as is our tradition with a western theme. Please bring a prize you would like to receive valued between $15 and $20 to donate to the Golden Nugget Auction if you wish to participate.

:D:D 4/3/2016 Updates: I have turned in the registration list to the park and everyone on the list has been registered in the park.

Please start calling the park and giving them your first night's fee. Be sure to mention that you are with the Heartland group and make sure they have you down for the correct dates. The park owners, Matt and Jamie, should be the people you talk to since they know what is going in the with the rally. They are there Tuesday through Saturday.

Thanks for the quick approval Rod! Doug and Doris checked out this park for us and said it is a nice place, though a little dried out this year. There is fishing and golf in the area so you know Doug would approve. I will post more about this venue when the packet arrives from the park in a few days.

We stayed at this park last summer. They have a great Sunday breakfast for a very reasonable price--we might want to do burritos another day. Put us down arriving on Wednesday and leaving on Monday. There's a great German sausage factory in nearby Mt. Angel--might be a fun place for dinner one night.

Good to see so many people ready to try out a new location with us. I'm not tying down our arrival date until WA sets the date for their rally. Doug and Doris are working to find a date that will complement ours. If it works, we may have another caravan.

Stay tuned..... Same bat time, same bat channel!

Kristy, You know we'll be there. Hope to have a number of rigs caravanning from Anacortes. Details to be worked out but will likely stop in Castle Rock for a couple days to allow time to visit Mt St. Helens, fish, golf and other fun stuff. Will send you dates and other needed info soon.

Doug--

Like the idea of stopping by Castle Rock. It was our plan to visit Mr. St. Helens on our way to this year's WA rally. Since that didn't pan out, we'll be looking forward to it this coming year.

We'll be there! Arriving 7/29 and leaving 8/1. Sent you a PM with full details. Looking forward to the trip! This isn't far from Portland. That, for us at least, means a trip to Voodoo Doughnuts, the best west of NY.
