Anyone Use Lexel for Sealing

I saw Lexel sealant in Lowes yesterday and it looks ideal for sealing exterior areas. Anyone used it?

I used it back in the day when I was in the construction business. If it is still the same formula it would melt shingles. Great for sealing certain things. I would not want to use it on my RV.

I haven't used this brand but it looks interesting. I also saw this "big stretch" version that may be good.

That is another interesting product. I noted that they're made by the same company.

I couldn't help myself, I tried it in a small area and I don't recommend it. It's hard to work with, dries VERY fast and if any mistakes are not caught immediately, you'll need mineral spirits to clean it up. Then the cleaned-up area looks terrible.
