Bedroom Slide delay?

The bedroom slide motor run's for a short time before it starts to move unlike the other 2 slides in the living area, is this correct or do I have a problem ?

I'm pretty sure ours does the same thing. It's still in storage otherwise I'd check it for you.

Freckles,
this is normal, please look at the picture attached. You will see that there is a rod from the hydraulic cylinder the has nuts on it. The spacing between the nuts is because the cylinder stroke is longer than needed for the slideout to travel. that is why there is a delay.

I tried to respond to your PM but you don't accept them. So ... we camp all over the Finger Lakes area. As long as it's within a 3 to 4 hours drive from Rochester ... our kids don't travel to well .

Thanks mrcomer I'v only used the camper 1 time last fall just uncovered Sunday and the ? came up again thanks for the imput!! Johnm I will go back and check my settings.
