I hope their Idaho plans include a Customer Service facility similar to the one just opened at the main location in Indiana. That would be a great service to those located in the Western US.

That's great news!! Hopefully they will have a facility there for Heartland Owners to return for the major repairs that way us in the Pacific NW don't have to drive all the way back to Indiana for major repairs.

I am wondering what they will do about steel frames? Build their own locally, import them from Lippert in Goshen, or maybe from another local Lippert plant?
