I just don't understand why a person of your stature is not here to help enjoy all the fun. It is almost to much for those of us here. A little planning and you could be here in the herd.

Thank you for pointing us in the direction of the tankless water heater. We've been thinking that might be a nice addition. I noticed it eats up 30 amps, though. I guess we might have to shut down a few electric appliances and shower by flashlight.

Have any of you had experience with one of these tankless water heaters? If so, do you have a favorite brand, and was the 30 amp requirement an issue?
