Well we finally made it, here we are in Whitefish Montana. We purchased our Landmark in July of 07 in preparation to go full time in April of 08. We left our home April 5th and went directly to Elkhart IN. where we had our long list of repairs to be fixed under warranty. Recreational Specialty took very good care of us and Jim Fenner who is head of customer service at Heartland even got involved with our repairs as we were scheduled to be in Montana to report for work at Whitefish KOA the first of May and repairs were taking longer than expected due to a third party vendor not responding to a request for service. All repairs were completed and we arrived at KOA two days before we were supposed to go to work. A big thanks to Jim Fenner at Heartland and Ron Green at Recreational Specialty for all their help and hard work along with their busy schedule.
The work here at KOA has been hard the first couple of weeks getting ready to open for the summer season and we even awoke to a snow yesterday morning , what a welcome to Montana in the summertime but it is supposed to be warmer next week with temps around 80 drgrees by next Friday. We are having a blast and enjoying the work though hard right now and hope to see some of you this summer. Just ask for Don or Sheri when you check in.
