newbie questions

I am a new Heartland owner and I am trying to get things ready for a trip south for the fifth wheel for the winter. Let me be honest by saying I over prepare for everything. I put a toolbox on the front of my bumper pull BBQ trailer for tools and things I might need. I don't think I am going to be able to do that in the fifth wheel. My question is, what are the must have items for your toolbox? The fifth wheel is a trailer and a house so do you have tools for each application? I am trying to put my toolbox together and need any hints I can get.

I carry a basic 150 piece tool set, one pair of pliers, 25 piece driver bit set including handle, a hammer, an electrical repair kit, and the tools needed to work on the pex plumbing. I use the bit driver set more than anything to tighten up things inside.
