My new 2009 Sundance 2900RK arrived here in Arizona this past Friday (5-9-08). After a review of the coach I noted the spare tire to be damaged due to the fact that it was not centered on the carrier. It appears as though the welded metal carrier was either not centered on the winch when welded to the frame or was cut to an incorrect length to support the tire evenly/correctly. This caused the tire to be damaged during shipping, with the metal edge of the carrier slicing into the sidewall of the spare tire.
Can someone shed some light on this issue/concern?
