15,000 BTU Air Conditioner w/Remote

I have a '09 Bighorn 3600RE that I purchased in January. I was looking at the "Standards and Options" page on the Heartland website and it states that the Bighorns come with a "15,000 BTU Air Conditioner w/Remote" as a standard feature. I did not receive a Remote with mine when I took delivery. How do I tell if the Remote is just missing or if the air conditioner is not the "Standard" feature as listed?

The remote is not a standard feature - sorry for the confusion here but we removed the remote because of customer complaints. The majority of Heartland owners felt the remote was not user friendly.
I'll get it deleted off our website in order to avoid any further confusion.

I posted this less than 30 minutes ago...talk about a super fast response...Heartland is on the ball. A remote on the air conditioner is not something I would probably have used anyway, I was just curious when I read that. Thanks Coley, for the info and quick reply.
