Why isn't there fish in that skillet? This is what it's all about. Doesn't that food taste better cooked out like that?

We have to catch fish first. Considering the lack of fishing skill in our family, we'll stick to bacon. We did BBQ chicken for dinner that I cooked on an Old Smokey over charcoal with oak wood chips. Delicious!

Before we moved to Colorado we lived on a lake in southern Michigan.

I never was much of a fisherman . . . but the kids were good at it!

The rule at our house was "You catch 'em . . . you clean 'em!"
