Updating address / contact info on the HL website?

Is there a way to update the official HL database with a new address (www.heartlandrvs.com)? I see a user profile but it appears to be for the small forum on that website and not part of the owners/warranty database HL uses when you call for service and/or parts.

Hi Jeff,

At top right of page click on "settings",, then on left side settings will open and you can scroll down and change anything there.

After rereading,, I think you would need to call Heartland RVs direct to change what they have.

Jeff - if it's the Heartland Customer Service database that you wish to have your current info in, then please give them a call at 877-262-8032.

As you surmised, the forum/club database is in no way linked to the factory/customer service database.

OK - just tried to log in on the heartlandrvs.com website and the log-in tab when clicked grays out so I can not sign in. Been able to in the past but today it's grayed out so you can not enter this info. Have they done away with the sign in page?

I just called Customer Service and updated the information. Dialed "0" and they transferred to Service -- spoke with Jamie and he updated the info.

Thanks Marie for the suggestions. I emptied the cookies and history and rebooted the computer. This is what shows.

I'm forwarding this thread to Damon, our webmaster to take a look. However, may we ask if you're accessing the portal from heartlandrvs.com and then clicking on the My Heartland link at the top right? If not, please try going that route to login. If you're using a saved link under bookmarks or favorites, it may be directing you the wrong way due to recent updates to our page. We haven't had the login popup box for a while to log into the My Heartland Portal.

No Marie - I'm using the HL Rvs website . The log-in is on the top left hand side of the webpage. Yes it's in my bookmarks which I put in after the new website went live I think over a year ago. Should I try to type in another way?

May we ask which browser you're using to login? You may want to try Google Chrome.

I do use Google chrome so we are on the same page with that - yeah. Let me try the link you have provided above and will let you know. Thanks

Marie - on that link that you just sent me, there are 2 login places, one on the top left side and one on the very bottom, all across the bottom. The one on the bottom works. So the question is - should the top one be removed?

On our side it doesn't show up that way. I'm not sure why this is happening. Sorry! I will let Damon know. We try our best to make it easy for everyone to sign in. I'm glad to hear you were finally able to login. I would recommend using the 'My Heartland' tab link on the right instead of the Login link at the top left. The My Heartland tab/link works a little bit better. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. I'm glad we got this worked out. Have a great day!
