We are traveling to Temecula Calif and the rubber on the top of one of our slides keeps working it's way out as we drive down the road. Who do we contact to get this fixed? We own a 2016 Heartland 365.

Thanks in advance

I believe you mean the black D tubular seal where the top of the slide meets the RV wall. If this is the case, I put a 1 inch pan head screw in each end of the seal. Try to get it in the hollow, flat part of the seal so it is still water proof

Contact customer service at the number listed on the portal page. You will need your vin # when you call. Request to see if a Mobil tech can be used. You might have to pay a travel charge. Or you can wait and see a RV dealer in Temecula.
If you do the later you might have to leave it for a few days.

Not very likely. If the rubber is loose, securing it is just a prudent step to prevent additional damage to the rubber, or damage from water leaks. If you didn't get it fixed, or didn't fix it yourself, and just let it go for a while, you could find yourself in an discussion about whether the subsequent damage is considered a factory defect covered by warranty.

If you find that there's already a lot of damage to the rubber, you could call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. They would probably send you a new piece for self-install, or point you to an authorized service location or mobile servicer near your destination. Pictures are always helpful.

Where in Temecula are you staying? There are several mobile RV people here that do HL warranty repairs. I have also heard that one does not or HL pay's them for the travel time. We are staying at the Pechanga casino RV park for several more months. Send me a PM if you need more info.

I had the same issue occur on our way to the national rally in Goshen last year. At the rally I put in a request to have it fixed. Well a screw and small washer inside the D seal on both ends is what the tech did. Has not moved since. It will not effect your warranty.

I forgot on thing. The tech used silicon sealant under the fastener. I have side toppers and he said if I did not a bead of calking along the top edge of the D seal would have been added as well.
