Additional Info:

Join us for the April 2017 Rally near Gettysburg PA where in 1863 the epic Battle of Gettysburg occurred. Civil War history abounds. Historic downtown homes and shops, wineries, breweries, restaurants, etc.
As for the rates (see rate sheet attached) the CG has a weekend nightly rate and a week day nightly rate so depending on the number of nights reserved the rate may be a "blended" nightly rate which will also include a local tax (tourist town) of $2.60. These are the 2016 rates and not guaranteed. 2017 rates are TBD. Be sure to specify you're with the HOC to reserve a site and receive the discounted rates.
No pet or breed restrictions. The typical rules apply. There is a large yard area for their activities.
There is WiFi but...you know how that goes!!
There are a number of on-site activities such as mini-golf, shuffle board, horseshoes, playground, CG store, firewood, etc.
Typical Club agenda will apply. Nancy and I have a draft meal plan in mind which we will confirm after the first of the year and well in advance of the rally.
If folks want T-shirts, (SEE POST #73, 83, 108, 130, 180) there is a design floating around in my head, so I'll get that posted out here as well and we'll see what interest we may have.

What a great campground which is less than 3 miles from downtown Gettysburg if I remember correctly but on the edge of several battles area.

You are correct. Just west of town past sections of the battlefield. Close to the visitors center and downtown. Hope everyone will like it.

Wow! Two more plus others here at the VA rally who have said "we'll be there".

Words getting out what a great rally your first one was they don't want to miss out on all the fun

Can't believe we are scheduling for next year already!

I will see about reserving a spot soon. That is in recital time so I don't know until dance starts again later this year if we can make it. Oh don't go through town with a camper. that place is tight. It's tight just with the dually

Ok. Set things up as your schedule dictates.
You're just too cautious. Tour buses and other large jitneys make it ok. If a semi goes there, I go there. How do you think I got there from Rt 15? The BH ain't got wings!!
