Debbie and I will be attending. Will post arrival date later. Looks like a good way to start our next year road trip to the Dakotas and then west. We're leaving on the 28th for our trip up north coming home around the 1st of October. Like Mike said, hope there are other rallies along the way in that time frame.

Hello from sunny So Calif. My wife and I are considering going to the National Rally and are thinking about attending your rally in Branson.

Will know more within the next couple of months and let you know for sure. Have one question for you, is the rally rate only good for the days of the rally? How about before and after?.

Thanks and hoping to see and meet some new people next year.

"Usually" the rally rate applies for a few days & after the rally. Just depends on the park. At any rate, a rally is always a good time! Plus Branson is a good place for a rally, always plenty to see & do.

My question, do I contact the campsite direct and reserve our RV parking spot or do I need to go through you? We only want to attend arriving on the 19th leaving on the morning of the 21st.

Your response will be appreciated!!!

Attendee list is updated and checked against what park has registered. Have indicated who is registered and who is not based on what park has. I have a couple of you that we need to double check as I think names were spelled wrong. So will keep updating as I clarify registration. We are anxious to see you in Branson. Lots of things to see and do. Have not got agenda ready yet but know that we will do pot luck on Saturday (meat will be furnished)--just don't know for sure what it will be. Meet N Greet Friday. More details to come.

I made my reservation back in Dec for your rally. Now your saying I'm registered but not at the park? You need to check again. You have my last name spelled wrong should be Miner.

The RV park called me back today and they have me in the "C" area in #10. I remember telling Lori I would like a Site I could use my satellite dish and that we are staying until the end of the month.

Hello everyone,

We don't have agenda firmed up yet, but we do know we will be headed Lambert's on Thursday May 18
for supper. For those of you that have not been there they are famous for their yeast rolls that they throw to you. Seems strange but this is what makes the place famous besides the enormous portions.

For our potluck on Saturday evening, the club will furnish the meat--It will be BBQ.

We will also do a white elephant gift exchange. Those who want to participate will bring a wrapped gift (10-15 dollars). Doesn't necessarily have to be RV related. I think one gift per rig. Not sure if will do Friday or Saturday yet. Still working on door prizes.

Richard Anderson will be at our rally with his stained glass RV windows. He is giving away a $50.00 gift certificate good for purchase of a window.

More info to follow as available

Thank you

Branson Rally Attendees

We are planning an outing to a Branson Music Show on Friday evening May 19, 2017 if there is an interest in this. The show is called Grand Country Jubilee and it is one of our favorite shows in Branson--good music and comedy. In order to get group rates I need a minimum of 20 people. The cost is $20.00 per person. The regular ticket prices are $38.50 so it is a good price. We will have to put down a down payment and cover the cost of the tickets so you would need to reimburse us.

Please let me know if you are interested in this. I will need to know fairly soon so I can reserve the date. Shows fill up fast during that time. If I get enough interest, I will start a sign up sheet on the rally site.

Thank you

Only 2 months until the rally in Branson, Mo. We still have a few sites left if you have not registered yet. This is the flattest campground we could find in the Branson area so no need to worry about walking up and down hills. Lots of things to see and do in and around the Branson area. We are planning an outing to a music show in Branson--The Grand Jubilee. This is one of our favorite shows--not the glitziest but just good music and comedy. Our group rate is $20.00 per ticket which is a good price. The complex the show is in has some nice shops and a pretty good buffet--I will share some more info later on the buffet pricing--hoping to get a little discount on that as well. Also a trip to the famous home of the "throwed rolls"--Lamberts in Ozark Missouri--about a 24 mile drive from Branson. If you haven't been to one, you need to come with us and Thursday night as part of our pre-rally activities. Another unique place to see in Branson is the College of the Ozarks--also known as Hard Work U. The students work there way through college here. They have grist mill, weaving, dairy farm, greenhouse, and a great restaurant which features meat and produce from the college. New to the college is a little ice cream shop in the Keeter Center--homemade ice cream by the students. There is also a pretty good museum there as well.

Let us know if you wish to go to the show so I can get the tickets. I am asking that you let me know by April 1. I can still get the tickets at the reduced rate after that date, but you may not be able to sit with the group.

Got a call from campground today. They are nearly full and will need to use the sites that we had reserved for our rally. So, if you are interested in coming to the Branson rally but haven't called the park to register yet do so soon -- only 3 sites left. Call Lori at 1-800-968-1300 and tell them you are with the Heartland Rally.

Lynette had rotator cuff repair surgery, so she had her first therapy this week and she's has approximately 8 to 12 weeks of therapy to go that means we have to cancel the Branson rally. Already contacted the campgrounds and cancelled with them. is there anybody else I need to cancel with?

Sorry to here you had to cancel but we understand. You don't need to contact anyone else other than us and the campground. That is a tough surgery to go through. Wishing Lynette a successful recovery and hope you will be back on the road again soon.

Getting close to rally time in Branson. Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Still time to request show tickets if you would like to go. $20.00 per person which is about 50% off regular price. I will get tickets prior to show. I have 72 hours prior to the show to make changes to the number of tickets. After that, I can't make changes. Will give them out at the Meet and Greet Friday afternoon. Will need cash or checks for the tickets as I can't take a credit card.

Hi everyone,
I called Lambert's today about our group. They do not take reservations so you can decide about going when you get to Branson. I am hopeful that a Thursday evening won't be too busy but there may be a bit of a wait to get in and we will probably be scattered throughout the restaurant. I'm sure many of you have eaten there before but for those of you that haven't--WATCH OUT FOR FLYING ROLLS!!

As for the music show, I have 32 people signed up so far. You still have time to get tickets.

See you all soon!

That;s the way Lambert's was last year . . . . scattered all over, but the food still is good.

I'm sorry to report that we have to cancel out on this rally. Judi had surgery and unfortunately she is not up to the trip. Larry and Gayle, I believe we signed up for the Jubilee. Hopefully we'll see you all at the next one.

Larry, We were hoping to join your rally, but the stars weren't in alignment. We want to visit Branson next spring and like to know how the campground your using for the rally is? Good luck on the rally!

We arrived today and we think this campground is awesome. If you are looking for a fancy 5 star RV park, keep looking. This has gravel roads with gravel pads in beautiful trees. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool and comfort station. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Hi, I did call and get reservations but you do not have us down as registered at the park. I will call Monday and make sure but I gave him a credit card to hold for the dates I had mentioned. Thanks, Vicky Smith.

So sorry you couldn't make it this year. Sorry didn't see this earlier. We picked this campground because it is the flattest one we could find in this area. You do have to manage some curvy roads coming in but not terrible for the Ozarks. Our Regional rally will be in Branson in May of next year. It will be at the KOA which is very nice also. Not sure if date is posted yet. Usually about 50 rigs for the regional. This park is quiet and the folks that are here seem to like it. If you get to this area, give us a call. We are only about 25 miles from Branson and maybe we could do lunch. Gayle's number 417-337-0354 and Larry is 417-337-0821.

Leaving early in the morning for Branson- woohoo! I saved your phone numbers Gayle and Larry. We hope to be at the campground and set up before everyone leaves for Lamberts, but if something comes up and we are running late, we will just park at Lamberts and call to let you know.

Peggy and I can't add much to what the last posters said as we too had a great time. The show you selected could not have been better and we always had much to do. In fact, since kids will be kids, Gayle took Peggy and Debbie Ballard out to ride the nearby roller coaster and then go do what they do best . . . Shop! Gayle is one dedicated hostess when she and Larry host these rallies. We are glad they do and thank them both very much for doing it.
