Hot water heater electric not working

Our propane works well but the electrical side does not work at all. Red light is on, on/off button is turned on. Element was changed. Any ideas??

The element is very unforgiving... not saying this has happened... but....

If for some reason the Switch was turned on... power going to the element and there was no water in the tank... or the water level was below the element... it's possible it has burned out.

If you had the element replaced at the dealer... I'd be asking them why it's not working....
