Antenna Tek red light blinks on and then off when turning it on

Hi, I have a Prowler 33P that has terrible signal reception on the off air antenna. When I turn the booster on the right light comes on and then goes out right away. I can get a few channels but they are scrambled most of the time. I am guessing it is related to the red light issue. I have check all the ends behind the booster and they are good and the problem is on the front tv and the rear tv. I have also tried a different amp from another Prowler that was the exact same and got the same issue.

Anyone have any ideas?

You might have a blown fuse in the main 12V DC fuse box. One thing I've notice before, if your fuse box has the "blown fuse led" next to each fuse, it may or may not be on and the fuse can be blown. And the red light on the booster may still get enough trickle current to barely light up.
