Water line under steps

There's a blue water line that goes through the frame and stubs out underneath the front steps that has a 90 degree fitting on it. Does anyone know where this is plumbed in to? I noticed this morning that it's dripping water out of it and I don't think I've ever noticed that before. Thanks for the help!

Does it have a shut-off valve on it? If yes I suspect it is the freshwater tank drain.
If no then it is most likely an overfill drain from the freshwater tank.

If you are hooked up to city water and your freshwater tank is overflowing I would guess that the water pump check valve is faulty and allowing the city water to fill the freshwater tank.
You can buy an inline check valve for under $10.

Sounds like the fresh water tank overflow drain. If it's dripping continuously, I agree with Dave, the water pump check valve is probably stucky slightly open. Pages 10 and 11 of our owner-written Water Systems Guide describe this and have drawings that will explain what's happening.
