My Fuel pump fuse Keeps blowing . 
I have changed it twice and it has been fine for awhile. This last time we took it out It blew again. I went to change it out and it blew as soon as I pushed the new fuse into
the spades. My question is I don,t think the fuel pump it bad but I believe I have a loose wire grounding out ether in the fuse panel or to the fuel pump and or fuel gauge.
Is it very hard to access those wires at the fuse panel or fuel pump to check and see if a wire is loose or frayed. I really am not looking to take it to the dealer again any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
