Hello Glenn,
Actually, by default you are part of the Ohio Chapter as Kentucky does not have a Chapter yet. You are very welcome to be a part of ours and we are happy to have you. Please try to plan for our Ohio Chapter rally. It will be the weekend before the National Rally in 2011. We will then caravan to the natoinal rally on Sunday.
