Vehicle Recalls

I checked www.safercars.com for any recalls on my vehicles. All you do is enter your vin and it pulls up recalls. The website showed a recall on our Ford C-Max for defective door latches. So I went to our local Ford dealer so they could order any needed parts prior to bringing it in for the recall. The dealer checked the Ford computer using my vin (same vin #) and they found not recalls on my vehicle. Moral - I guess the safercars site is not entirely accurate.
