Advice for fixing gouged fiberglass - 2017 Torque 321

I need some advice from the experts on how to fix a gouged area on my rear entry door and back panel on our Torque321.
I was parking it at home and caught my neighbors mailbox hook. As a result it gouged the exterior of our new Toy Hauler deeper than what can be just buffed out. My dealer gave me a quote of $900 to fix, but I have to believe there is a lower cost option that will be just as good. Do they make any clear fillers or white that would match my RV where I can apply, sand, sand, sand, and buff to a shine? How difficult is this to do sinceI do not want to mess it up more than it is.

Any advice and products I can use is greatly appreciated.

The marine supplier will have patch kits and tubes; we've gone that route before and it works pretty good. One note, even if you do perfectly match the color, the gel coat will age differently than the original and over time with sun exposure the repair may show a slight different color.
