Hi 56mikeevers,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

If you look at the A/C vents in the ceiling, you'll notice that one side has dark material behind the plastic louvers. Those are the filters.

Take a look at our owner-written Landmark 365 User Guide. Page 30 has more detail on how to remove the covers to get to the filters. And of course there's a lot of other useful information in the guide.

I have a 2016 Charleston with 3 ac's, where are the filters located.

Go inside the RV..... Look up..... They are behind the circular vents on the right side in the ceiling of the RV. If you look up at them you will see a sponge type material. They can be cleaned by hand. They will pull off with just a little pull. There is a good description of them in the HOC Landmark manual.

Dan did a great job on it - I gave it to my sales rep. Hopefully he's better now.

There are no vents in the ceiling like normal ac units. I have had several rvs but with 3 acs there are no returns for the units that I can find.
