Another Caulking Question

This may have been answered before, but I have not found it if so. I replaced my Lippert pin box this past weekend on my Big Country 4010RD with an Flex Aire pin box. When I was removing the original pin box I noticed that the fiberglass that had originally been caulked around the frame where the pin box attaches was loose and the caulking/sealant was gone. This was just around the frame where the pin box attaches. So, my question is what type of caulking/adhesive/sealant should I use to repair this? Should I use Dicor and if so, which kind? Should I use Sikflex 221 or should I use Proflex 28101? Or, should I use something else in this particular area. I do know that I don't want to use Dicor Lap Sealant as it will sag. Any advice would be appreciated.
