monitor reading incorrectly

we recently purchased a 2009 north trail, first trip we were fine but
next trip our monitor shows our gray 1 tank is 2/3 full after we empty all tanks, any suggestion

Yep. Ignore the monitors. When your toilet burps, empty the black tank. When you see water backing up in the sink or shower, empty the appropriate gray tank.
You could also search for the Geo method. Some claim good luck with this.

Some people have suggested filling your tank fairly full and adding some dawn before you travel then dump when you arrive. It cleans the sensors. Just a thought.

Unbelievably Blessed!
In addition to false readings on my tank monitors from time to time - my gray and black tanks at the rear of my Cyclone are monitored separately from the front. The monitor always showed my washer/dryer draining into the BLACK tank. :confused: This couldn't be correct...so I took off the front of the monitor panel and carefully pulled the wires out of the wall and swapped the BROWN and GRAY wires at the wire nuts. 2 minute fix! :cool::)

Now...I need to re-mark the dump handle pulls outside! I marked them according to the monitor...not the actual tank they were dumping! :eek:
