Warranty question...

I had a tech come out to look into a Lo-DC warning on my fridge. He checked the outside back of the fridge and then came inside to check the fuse panel. He noticed a fuse wasn't being held very firmly in its seat, so it's contact was intermittent. I was charged a service call and a labor charge. So my question: can any of these charges be submitted for reimbursement?

thanks in advance for any replies.

As a normal rule, you need to contact HL service 1st and get there approval. Normally they won't pay the techs travel time but will pay the labor. Contact HL service...present your case and see what they say.
