heated underbelly

I have a 08 3010 and there is no heat going to the belly unless it comes straight under the furnace. The water in the supply line from the FW tank freezes when the temp dips below freezing. I read on another thread that the factory repaired this problem under warranty for that customer. Will you take care of mine?

went to the dealer 8/5/08 had them take a look for belly heat and they said it was not heated and offered no solution. I am hoping the factory will help
