Well,,, I almost forgot to post it, but Nov 5 is the day for George West Storyfest, in George West, Texas. It is a story telling festival and also music. We are the Story Telling Capital of Texas and have a liars contest also. This is our 28th year, we are very family oriented, we have 3 stages under tents with chairs, we also have 11 or 12 food booths for local non-profit groups and we also have vendor booths for misc objects. We also have a children's area that is very well supervised, but lots of things for children to do.
Check out the web site and come and visit us.. it is a FREE event (no entry fee) and free parking. Also the rv parks in the area are wide open and no problem getting a space.
