I saw this, talk about painful. It is however one of the rare opportunities one has to see what it actually looks like under that front cap.

That's what I thought, also thought it unusual for a dealer to rob the front cap off a brand new unit & put it on another one for repair. However, they did cause the damage.

Cannabilizing parts off one vehicle to fix another one, including a RV, is pretty common. It lets the dealers get folks out the door quickly while their service department to order parts to repair and/or replace the cannailized components.

There was a issue with the power reel on our LM Key West during the PDI and the dealer took the part off the LM next to us to fix the problem.
