When scrubbing the rubber roof, I detected a "soft" spot on the roof decking. The location is approximately near the bath sewer vent.
The Explore USA service writer informed me that Heartland stated this is normal. It is actually an access point for any cables that need to go through the roof deck into the coach.
So beware not to step near a sewer vent cap. But also know that this may be an access chase for conduit or cabling.

exactly where are you talking about- I didn't notice any on mine- when I picked up at dealership- first day there I installed camco swivel on black vent and the newer 360 on the other 2 grey vents- and also installed travlr auto sat dish near them- ( new roof design-they changed where vents an fantastic are located) so I spent a goo amount of time on mine an did not notice any soft spots in that area
