Just finished screwing the door's 4 corners, gluing the back and front edges of the front and back panel and used 3/4 inch brads to hold the panels down while the glue dried. The top inside frame board on the door broke loose on one corner and then the panels must have shook loose during travel, the staples that held the door could not be found on that one corner and thats why I screwed all 4 corners with cabinet screws. Love the fact that we have all wood cabinetry on our 2012 Bighorn but fit and finish has left a lot to be desired hope the factory has improved on the new ones. Looks like I can scratch something off my list of 16 repairs which need to be done when we arrive home from snow-birding.
