Add 2nd tool bar

Every time I finish reading a page of replys I scroll to the top to use the tool bar to go somewere else. I think its called the toolbar. UserCP, FAQ, Members List etc. It would be nice to see a second tool bar on the bottom of the page. Is this something that would come in handy for other users or am I just the odd one? LK wadaya think?

At first I thought what a cool idea! Then I noticed a "TOP" button down in the lower right side on the tool bar. A quick way to get back to the top bar.

Oh yea, I never saw that. Good eye. Ray, we may meet this weekend at Webers cookout.
