Trouble adding profile picture

I am having the same trouble.
looked everywhere i could think of and no luck.
Seems like the home page would have a link or email to ask these simple questions.

When I click on the link I get a message that says I am not eligible to access that page.

- Click on SETTINGS at the top right of page.
- Scroll down the items on the left edge of page till you find MY SETTINGS / EDIT PROFILE PICTURE.
- Either point to a picture on another website, or upload one from your computer.
- Save changes
It's possible your ability to add the picture could be restricted until you get a few more posts approved.

I bet you are right about having to wait.
There is NO place down that left side that says I can update a picture.
Maybe another time but you would think that as a member i could add it now.
