Tri-fold Shower door seal replacement

We have a Gateway Bunkhouse unit and the bathroom shower door is a tri fold and the plastic seal that keeps them attached no longer does its job. Help how should we fix this issue?

Hi, I had the same problem with our 2014 North Trail and and I had to realign the shower door, the door seal was getting wiped out from the door dragging on the bottom on one of one side of it.
