Multiplex lights

Our multiplex lighting panel used to go off after not being touched for a while. Now all of them stay lit. Did I push some setting I am not aware of?

I've worked with similar key pads and most of them had hidden keys located somewhere in the panel.
You may have gotten lucky and found one.
