subfloor types

So I am replacing some sections of floor in my Cyclone and wanted to know should I go with CDX OSB or maybe Marine Plywood? bathtub valve leaked down the wall onto the floor in front of the stairs and over in front of the fireplace. So now have a good 2 X 5 foot section I am replacing. Vinyl came up easy and I am almost done cutting out the floor. I need to get some 2x2's to do some bracing and then I want to lay the new floor down.

I used Marine Plywood to repair a 2x4 section in mine simply because I couldn't find OSB in the correct thickness at the time. It worked fine.
