Trouble with Dyson DC59

Am I the only one that has a Dyson battery powered vacuum that has been used less than 10 times and will not hold a charge. Every time I contact Dyson I am given cleaning instructions of the unit. For something as costly as this was I would think the battery would be better. I guess I am lucky tho it at least did not catch fire.....

Hey there Bob, sorry to hear about your troubles. We had something similar on our Dyson that came in our previous Bighorn and contacted Dyson directly and they sent us a brand new battery at no cost.
